The accomodation is well located near the historic city centre and most tourist attractions. It was really clean and breakfast was varied and abundant

The room didn't include any personal care products like soap or shampoo, although the publication included them.

Warm, welcoming, and a good value for the price – a well-located B&B with an extremely kind staff!

The staff was exceptionally kind, hardworking, and welcoming. They made us coffee even when we slept in past breakfast time, and were equally accommodating with letting us store our luggage until our departure time.

Conveniently located in Roma, just steps away from the metro and 10 min walking distance from the Coliseum. Great room, just the common area was really small (where we had our breakfast). Friendly staff.

Very worth the value

The location was very good very close to metro station and 10 minutes from the colosseum ,supermarket and good restaurants, the room was very clean. The breakfast was nice and basic, also the Wi-Fi was very good.

The water flow in the shower was weak

The location. It’s clean, the lady is very kind and helpful with any possible information, the breakfast is very good, our room was very quite so we could rest very well after the long walks.

Good experience in Rome

Federica is amazing! The place is pretty clean, and you have all you need. Breakfast is very good although it is always the same, and the location is convenient. It's quiet at night for sleeping time. I would recommend the place to others looking for something simple and good in a good location.

For the check-in, I had to wait outside with a baby and bags for her to arrive, and it took a little wild. It was cold outside and it was not the best experience. I had messaged the arrival time a couple of hours before. They should wait for you there on arrival to open the door to the building.

Good Stay, Amazing Breakfast and close to Colosseum!

Breakfast was amazing, with different pastries! They kept high standard of Cleanliness as Room was cleaned everyday.

The location, as it was bit difficult to find the property. When get inside, the 2nd floor was okay, but the lift access was pathetic as it was only for 1 person kind of lift. So would prefer to take stairs if you're to the stay.

Wonderful stay with a wonderful hostess.

Excellent breakfast- fruit, croissants and various pastry, eggs, cereals, bread, coffee made specially for you, and juice. Great location close to Metro which takes you straight to city centre and the Vatican, and cheap. Near the main road is not particularly nice at night but the road where the accommodation is located is quiet and surrounding area lovely. Lots of eating places and groceries nearby. Just across from Federica's house is an Italian restaurant that is superb! But book early or there is a long wait. The greatest thing about the accommodation is Federica herself. Extremely helpful and goes out of her way to help with anything. I asked for a kettle and some cups to make tea but she gave us tea and coffee bags and milk as well. Wonderful service. Our room was better than the pictures!

Room was spotless clean! And everything inside room seemed new. It is only 1min away from Metro. Colosseum is about 15 mins on foot.
